Azpeitiko Kultur Mahaiak, 2006an sortu zenetik herriko kultur dinamika ehuntzeari eta lan egiteko modu berri bat plazaratzeari ekin zion. Bertako kultur talde guztiekin eta hainbat norbanakoz osatutako sare haundi baten jardunean oinarritutako bilgune komun bat eraikitzetik hasi eta etenik gabe emaitza garrantzitsuak eman dituen garapen estrategiko bat garatu arte.
Batik bat, 2011 urtean, Azpeitiko Kultur Mahaiak Sanagustin Kulturgunea Kooperatiba Elkartea sortu zuenetik, jauzi kulalitatibo nabarmen bat eman da eta bilakaera horretan ezinbestekoa izan den egitura-tresna garatu dugu. Kultur jarduna oinarritik, transbersalki eta osotasunean jorratuaz berrikuntza sozial garrantzitsu bat artikulatu dugu. Etengabeko parte-hartze eta elkarlanean oinarrituta, izaera desberdineko hainbat kultur eta gizarte eragileekiko nahiz administrazioarekiko harreman molde desberdin bat garatzen dihardugu, herritik hasi eta Euskal Herri osora barreiatu den kultur kudeaketa eredu bat.

Modelo
Hemos desarrollado una nueva manera de cultivar la cultura que define nuestro ser y forma de hacer. Un modelo único, necesario y diferenciador.
Desde que se creó en el 2006, la Mesa de Cultura de Azpeitia (Azpeitiko Kultur Mahaia) se ha esforzado en teger la dinámica cultural del pueblo y compartir un nuevo estilo de trabajar. Uniendo el esfuerzo de todos los grupos culturales y con el apoyo de muchas personas creamos un foro común, plural y diverso. Este movimiento social ha ido obteniendo importantes logros hasta llegar a ser un proyecto estratégico.
A partir del 2011 cuando la Mesa de Cultura de Azpeitia creó la cooperativa Sanagustin kulturgunea dimos un gran salto cualitativo en esa evolución y desde entonces hemos ido desarrollando una herramienta estructural que se ha convertido de vital importancia. Trabajando la cultura desde la base, de manera integral y transversal hemos logrado articular un renovación social. Basado en la participación directa y colaboración continua, seguimos empeñados en querer lograr un nuevo modelo de relación tanto con los distintos agentes sociales y culturales como con la administración. Un nuevo modelo de gestión que se extiende empezando desde el pueblo hasta toda Euskal Herria.

Model
We have developed a new participative cultural management model that started in our town and which has spread throughout the Basque Country. A unique, necessary and differentiating model.
Since it was created in 2006, the Azpeitia Culture Board (Azpeitiko Kultur Mahaia) has worked hard to weave the cultural dynamics of the people and share a new style of work. Uniting the efforts of all cultural groups and with the support of many people we create a common, plural and diverse forum. This social movement has been obtaining important achievements until it becomes a strategic project.
From 2011 when the Azpeitia Culture Board created the Sanagustin Kulturgunea cooperative we made a great qualitative step in this evolution and since then we have been developing a structural tool that has become of vital importance. Working the culture from the base, in an integral and transversal way we have articulated a social renewal. Based on direct participation and continuous collaboration, we continue to dream of achieving a new relationship model both with the different social and cultural agents and with the public administration. A new cultural management model that extends starting from the town to the whole Euskal Herria.
